Our Beer
Currently we have four styles of beer that can be found throughout Tennessee communities such as Knoxville, Maryville, Townsend, Sevierville, Lenior City, andGatlinburg.
SPICED PUMPKIN ALE – (Fall Seasonal) – Like eating Mom’s pumpkin pie. Our SPA is always a much anticipated fall release. The recipe calls for lots and lots of real pumpkin mixed in with our brewmaster’s secret recipe of grains and spices. Hurry up and try some as this beer goes fast and is only on the market for a limited time.
NECTAR RUBUS – A very refreshing Raspberry Wheat Ale that easy drinking on those hot summer days. This beer is technically a fruit beer but don’t let that category fool you. It starts with the aroma where there is a subtle hint of raspberry in the nose. Upon tasting it you will quickly notice the wonderful wheat flavors which is finished again with the hint of raspberry flavors. Rubus is the genus name for raspberry and nectar…well that is just the sweet juice that will taste when you try our beer!
DAD’S DIME AMBER ALE – This isn’t your Dad’s amber ale (however it was Dad’s dime that got Marble City off and running…hence the name). A smooth amber ale with Pacific Northwest hops and pine-citrus notes. Jennifer made this ale with a kick of hops to appease those hop heads out there! Not overpowering….just enough to keep you coming back for more.
ROX STOUT – A light bodied stout that is brewed with roasted oats providing a smooth roasted finish in the mouth. This stout won’t fill you up but instead keep you coming back for one more. A great beer to enjoy with a friend at your local pub during the cool weather months.
Jennifer’s award-winning repertoire has previously included pale ales, IPA, stouts, and blondes. We will be offering all of these styles and more soon enough. Let’s not forget that Jennifer has whiskey barrels just waiting for her to fill them with a variety of styles that we will age and then serve when the time is right!
We clearly have some ideas of our own. We’re going to be brewing some really great craft beers in the very near future. But we also want to know what kind of beer you’d like to see us brew. Tell us what you think with poll below. Vote early and often (Cas Walker wouldn’t have it any other way!). It doesn’t mean we’ll brew it soon or ever, but we’re listening. We really are.
